Well it's Sunday night and spring break is over, man it goes by quick, had the kids all week and it was a chore trying to keep a 6 year old and a 9 year old entertained for 9 days. It really wasn't so bad until it snowed on the first day off and there was nothing to do, so they said, they have tons of toys, a wii, books to read and computers, which is what the like to do now a days. We did have some fun over the break though we went bowling one night and our son went to the zoo with a friend and a sleep over with a friend which gave me time with my daughter, Hope, a father daughter day at pet land, her favorite place in the world I think, she is an animal lover, she tells us she wants to be a vet when she grows up. While we were at pet land my mom who wanted us to get a parakeet and Hope more than willing to pick one out for her. She talked to that bird all the way back to my mom's house comforting it all the way that it was going to be okay that is was going to be a good home for it. When we got to my mom's house Hope got the bird out and talked to it as it sat on her finger looking at her as we got the cage put together. Like I said she is an animal lover and they seem to love her. A man could not have asked for a sweeter daughter and son.
