Well it's Monday and back to school for another week. It was a pretty good weekend although we didn't do much this weekend it was beautiful outside. Maybe the cold bitterness of winter is gone as we enjoyed sunshine all weekend, can't wait for some warmer weather. Well Jake, our son, had a friend from school sleep over and he had a great time. My friend Rick just got back from doing a year in Afghanistan and I can't wait to catch up with him after he gets some family time as I know his wife and kids have missed him dearly. He's only here for a month or so before he goes back to work over there as a civilian for awhile at a contract job. It's bad when you can go overseas and work for more money than you can make here. The economy is still so bad here. Hopefully we will come out of this bad economy soon as I know many of people are just struggling to get by and make ends meet. Well I am off to school to better my education so I too may find a more stability job as my job also was effected by the poor economy were in.
