Yeah, It's 5:00 in the morning and it has not started off very good. Woke up to smoke alarms going off, reason unknown,maybe just bad batteries. So we have one kid sick ,throwing up, and one that just wants to stay home. He thinks he is sick too,no signs of sickness YET. So fire alarms go off for some unknown reason, call the fire department,because carbon monoxides are going off also. Did I say it was 4:30 in the morning. Fire department shows up,axe in hand,look through the house and say we should call city utilities. Call city utilities,they said they would send a guy out within the hour,did i say it was 4:30 in the morning, city utility man shows up around 5:00 with carbon monoxide monitor in hand,walks through the house and tells us we are good.No carbon monoxide that it is probably just the batteries in the detectors. I mentioned to him that i replaced one battery last week and he informed me that if you replace one you need to replace all of them,who knew.So just for someone else who is going to replace a battery in one smoke alarm in your own home,if you don't want to get woke up at 4:30 in the morning,take the time to replace all batteries at one time.
